If you think you can help out, they're looking for help with pretty much EVERYTHING right now. I'm not sure if I'll have any time to volunteer or even go to the event, but I thought I'd at least spread the word.
If you're able to help, email twestival@nashvillest.com with your name, email address, phone number, twitter name and any special skills, knowledge or hookups that might help out. Their first meeting is this coming Monday at 6:30pm.
