I think I'm torn between Rivendell and Bag End. All those open air walls just don't appeal to my mortal self.

I'm definitely an open air sort of person. I like the idea of no barriers between me and the treetops and the sound of the rushing river below. Of course, that's banking on the theory that those very large overhangs on the balconies do the trick to keep the rain out of the interior rooms. ;)
