Kitty/puppy foster homes needed.

I heard back from the people about the cats. They don't think their cats have leukemia but they've been exposed to one that does. Therefore, they do not want to place the cats in a home with an existing cat just to be sure they don't spread it in case they're carriers.
So, if there's anyone out there who can take in 3 cats who doesn't already have a cat, let me know and I can get you in touch with the lady who's been in contact with these guys.
Also, there are two dogs with the same family they're still trying to place. They're a brother and sister and appear to have some chow in them. Apparently they're very sweet and timid.
Anyone looking to take these animals needs to understand it could be a couple of months or more before they can go home. They really don't know at this point and are still assessing the damage and figuring out if and when they can rebuild. They had 8 feet of water in their house, so it could be quite a while.
