It's very frustrating, especially since Chris wants me to get up at 6am and help him get ready for work. I do it, dragging out of bed by about 6:30 most mornings. But I'm pretty zombified for the first couple or three hours I'm awake.

Well, off to take tonight's dose of valerian.
