mellymellAs mentioned, I have a backlog of food porn. So, here's a quick run down, in reverse chronological order:
Thai fried rice, turmeric fried fish (orange roughy) and sweet chili garlic sauce for dipping.
Vegetable roll in phyllo dough with chili peach coulis and chayote slaw.
Asian fusion sesame ginger broiled turkey breast with a similarly spiced rice pilaf thrown together on the fly.
24 hour pot roast over garlic mashed potatoes (chuck roast rubbed with cumin, black pepper and salt with cubed red potatoes, carrots, onions and whole cloves of garlic, steeped in Worcestershire and Belgian strong dark beer, I think, cooked in a crock pot for 12-24 hours).
Chipotle honey glazed broiled chicken with quinoa pilaf and a vinaigrette we made for it.
This was an image taken strictly for the purpose of illustrating the essence of the word "deadlicious":
This is a plate of rouladen and spätzle smothered in gravy from The Schnitzel Ranch in Huntsville, AL.
