Running week 12: still nothing

It's so hard to make myself go outside, let alone spend time exercising, when it's cold and dreary out. I even got some cold weather exercising clothes (not much, but something). I really need some gloves. Maybe I'll just keep that Batman pair I got for the Superhero 5k.

So, yet again, this week I'm really going to try to force myself out the door. Even if I can't make myself go outside to run, I will at least do some yoga in the nice warm house. Maybe, just maybe, I can do both. I just know I'm going to be sore after the yoga for at least the first week. It's been a really long time since I've done any. Would probably be really good to do right after a run, actually. My muscles would be nice and warm from the run.

have you considered getting a gym member ship and running inside? I've found that it helps.

I've only checked the YMCA and it was way too expensive for us. Haven't checked anywhere else. I wonder if I could do any better at making myself go to a gym.
