I did absolutely no running last week. Yeah, not exactly good for getting ready for the Superhero 5k next month. I'll get back on it today, I promise! I just had a lousy health week last week and couldn't make myself get out there. Between eye funk, then slight stomach funk and just generally feeling lousy, I just didn't have it in me. I can feel my muscles getting all stiff on me though so I've got to get back on it.
No new mileage to add, no progress made. I'm still going to go back to the run 5 minutes/walk 30 second intervals and see if I can pick up from there. If not, I'll step back to the one minute walking intervals again and move forward. Must get my 50 miles in this month!
