mellymellthings look good, they're not going to kick us out of the house or sell it out from under us or anything. She's a very reasonable person, according to Chris (he's the one who called her). But, I guess we should start looking. I'm not sure how soon she's going to put the house on the market, but she definitely wants to sell it. And I have no idea how long it would take us to find/close on a new place (probably a couple of months at minimum). We did say we'd give her plenty of notice (as in a month or two). She asked if we knew anyone who would be interested in buying it. I'm not sure if they plan to sell the place with both acres or try to sell the second acre separately (they'd probably make a killing on it right now, as long as you can build on it).
