Yep, a Tolkien thing. ;) In this case, a local group associated with The Tolkien Society. Each group is generally referred to as a Smial (after what the hobbits called their individual holes). Our local Smial is called Lomelindi (Quenya for "dusk singers," I believe). It's a fun group! Rebecca (Neume/sailingwest) is in it as well. She's the one who introduced me to the group.
