Yeah, mine was almost zero too. But with all the being sick to my stomach and crying I still lost weight. Its the incredible fast acting grief diet.;-) Heck, I need new pants.
But I'm going to get off my ass next week and run again. I'm sure you will get back into the groove of things too.
