I think I'm getting dumber or something.

Maybe I'm just being inattentive, but when I've been writing lately, I'm making really stupid mistakes. I'm not sure if I'm catching them all, so I'm sorry if some of my posts or emails lately don't make sense. I've even been doing some of the grammatical pet peeves that I hate to see in other people's writing. The part that really gets me though is that I have to stop and think of how to fix it when I come to a mistake sometimes. I haven't noticed it in any other areas of life, just writing and specifically typing. Maybe I'm just trying to rush and getting sloppy. Maybe I need to read more. I always speak and write better when I'm reading a lot and I haven't been reading for the past few weeks.
