Running: week 2, plus yoga

Saturday-Monday: rest
Tuesday: 2.35 miles in 33 mins (run 5/walk 3)
Wednesday: 2.53 miles in 35 mins (run 5/walk 4)
Thursday: 1.7 miles in 24 mins plus 1 hour of yoga (run 5/walk 2)
Friday: 2.27 miles in 30 mins (run 5/walk 2)
Saturday: 2.27 miles in 32 mins (run 5/walk 2)
Sunday: rest
Total miles this week: 11.12
Total miles this month: 11.12
Total miles this year: 47.71
This leaves me at 23% of my goal of 50 miles for the month.
