that's what jason said too (about it being uneventful), so I felt a little better. just seemed like everyone forgot about Halloween this year.
and yeah, I could have worn it, except it didn't have sleeves attached and didn't have a neckline (the trim at the neckline is just pinned to the dress form) or a zipper in the back to keep it on. and yeah, I've been studying this gown since May, of course I'm going to be a perfectionist, heh. ;] At least I didn't try to hand embroider my trim so it would be exact! (like another girl I know who's about to start the same gown, she's finishing up beading/embroidery on sleeves right now for another gown, and the sleeves she's working on are as big or bigger than the ones on my gown!)
